Signing up for the Wait List lets me know you are looking for an an appointment during a certain date/time range. My schedule can change daily.
If an appointment becomes available that matches your request I will contact you to put you on the schedule.

If you don't hear from me, then my schedule remained full and I was unable to accommodate your request.

Session Scheduling
Sessions are available by appointment only.

Sunday and Onsite appointments
must be scheduled in advance and are charged additional fees above standard pricing.

First time clients
should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill out the Health History Form.

I reserve the right to collect credit card information prior to reserving your appointment time.

Auto Insurance and Worker's Compensation clients:

Please call to schedule your first appointment as there is additional paperwork required prior to your first session.

Online scheduling:

If you are unable to find an appointment time that works for you, please call me. I may be able to make additional time slots available for sessions.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. It will be at my discretion as to whether I allow future appointments to be scheduled and payment at time of scheduling may be required.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session MAY be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will then be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If at all possible, as I understand situations can occur beyond your control, I do try to provide the full session time whenever I am able.
